Send a message to a list of email addresses and/or send multiple messages with custom text, based on entries in the To, CC, Subject and Body text box and the program settings.
With Auto Reply Manager for Outlook, you can create, send, respond and schedule automatic email responses to your emails. You can create a message as a single message or as a group of messages.
You can create one or more messages with a custom reply and choose from several built-in templates to personalize your message. You can also customize the message as per your needs.
You can set the address and contact list that will be used to send the auto reply message, specify the time interval (in minutes) at which the messages will be sent and schedule the automatic email response. You can also configure the email settings, to send as a draft or send automatically after an email message is opened.
Auto Reply Manager for Outlook is a smart tool that can assist you in sending either:
- A single message that will be automatically sent as an automatic reply to emails received.
- A group of messages that will be automatically sent as an automatic reply to emails received.
- A group of messages that will be automatically sent as a custom reply for the email that was sent.
It does not require to have an Internet connection and it can work offline, as well.
